
A Magistrate Court in sitting in Port Harcourt has adjourned the trial of a federal lawmaker Dr Farah Dagogo till May 23rd.
The court was presided over by Magistrate Amadi-Nna
The federal lawmaker was absent when the matter was called in court this morning.
His counsel, Femi Adegbiti applied for motion on bail but was opposed by the prosecution counsel.
Dr Farah Dagogo a sitting House of Representatives member is facing two counts charge of conspiracy and cultism brought against him by the Rivers State Government.
