Abia State house of assembly speaker donates bicycle to an old woman as an empowerment.

Yesterday, August 8 2018 in Isiala Ngwa South of Abia State, the speaker of the State House Of Assembly, Chikwendu Kanu through one of his aide empowered an old woman with a bicycle.

Members of Kweremee, a personal political structure of the Speaker gathered to celebrate the empowerment.

The old woman was presented with the bicycle in the presence of her people.
