There was a mild drama today in Omuchi Igwuruta, Rivers state after a suspected kidnapper was nabbed while trying to lure some school children away.
Upon close examination, the suspect was discovered to be a male disguised as a female. He was subsequently paraded and later handed to the police after allegedly confessing to his motive.
