A newborn baby has been wrapped, Squeezed in a carton and dumped in the rain to suffocate to death in Rumuomasi, Portharcourt In Rivers State.
An eyewitness Cherish Gibson took some photos of the baby and shared on her facebook wall.
She wrote:
God have mercy o,
My heart is pained and am bewildered at this level of insensitivity and sheer wickedness, I mean, how can someone be this inhuman as a matter of fact, this is just the peak.
It all happened some hours ago just after the rain only for us to find this baby lying cold few steps away from our office gate squeezed in a carton and dumped in the rain to suffocate to death. my pain is, why bear the pains and stress of carring this baby in the womb for a whole 9months only to still kill him/her?
Am not trying to be judgmental here but what ever that led to this action is not just worth it no matter what and I pray God to have mercy on this soul just for tomorrow sake.
