It was a very sad day for the residents of Rivers State as rain allegedly destroyed properties worth millions of naira on the 7th of May, 2018. The rain which did not last more than 30 minutes came with a heavy breeze and ice falling. Its been a very long time the people of Rivers State experienced such a disaster as many were left homeless due to the rain.
Profjaysblog gathered that the after effect of the rain lead to a total black out in the city as poles and other properties were destroyed beyond repairs and recognition.
Many shops/offices were not also left behind and most of them were shocked to find their shops/offices soaked with rain the next day.
